The UMLSTP Conference Center is located on the first floor of Building One at the University of Miami Life Science Technology Park. The Conference Center includes two conference rooms with a moveable partition wall that can be opened to create one large room. The lobby outside can also be used for registration or breaks.

Parking is available in the lot.  Please note that conference center attendees must pay for their parking at the Pay-on-Foot station located in the lobby.

UMLSTP Tenant Rates (M-F 8am - 6pm)
Room A: $10 per hour (up to 3 hours); $35 half day (4 hours); $75 full day (5 hours or more)
Room B: $10 per hour (up to 3 hours); $35 half day (4 hours); $75 full day (5 hours or more)
A & B Combined: $25 per hour (up to 3 hours); $95 half day (4 hours); $195 full day (5 hours or more)

UMLSTP Tenant Rates (Eve. & Weekends)
Room A: $15 per hour (up to 3 hours); $45 half day (4 hours); $100 full day (5 hours or more)
Room B: $15 per hour (up to 3 hours); $45 half day (4 hours);  $100 full day (5 hours or more)
A & B Combined: $35 per hour (up to 3 hours); $125 half day (4 hours); $255 full day (5 hours or more)

Non-Tenant Rates (M-F 8am - 6pm) 
Room A: $65 per hour (up to 3 hours); $165 half day (4 hours) ; $200 full day (5 hours or more)
Room B: $65 per hour (up to 3 hours); $165 half day (4 hours) ; $200 full day (5 hours or more)
A & B Combined: $75 per hour (up to 3 hours); $225 half day (4 hours) ; $350 full day (5 hours or more)

Non-Tenant Rates (Eve. & Weekends) 
Room A: $50 per hour (up to 3 hours); $125 half day (4 hours) ; $260 full day (5 hours or more)
Room B: $50 per hour (up to 3 hours); $125 half day (4 hours) ; $260 full day (5 hours or more)
A & B Combined: $100 per hour (up to 3 hours); $295 half day (4 hours) ; $455 full day (5 hours or more)

The conference center equipment includes:
(8) 3' x 5' folding tables, (24) executive conference chairs & 60 classroom style chairs. If you require additional furniture or equipment you must rent it.
